Getting custom apparel from 9 Mill Apparel is simple.

Step 1: Submit A Quote Request

Fill out our quote form with your project details, including:

✅ Shirt Quantity

✅ Design or Logo Information

✅ Shirt Color Preferences

✅ Any Special Requests

Step 2: We Review Your Order

Our team will review your request and contact you if additional information is needed.

Most quote requests receive a response within 24–48 business hours.

Step 3: Design Review & Approval

🎨 If your order requires a custom logo, artwork, or design, a design proof will typically be provided within 24–48 business hours.

📧 Design proofs will be sent to the email address provided with your order.

✏️ Please review your design carefully and notify us of any changes or corrections as soon as possible.

✅ Production cannot begin until the design has been approved.

⚠️ Delays in approving artwork may affect production and delivery timelines.

Step 4: Receive Your Invoice

Once your order details are confirmed, we will send an invoice through our secure payment system.

Your invoice may include:

• Apparel Pricing

• Design Fees (if applicable)

• Add-Ons

• Shipping or Delivery Fees (if applicable)

Step 5: Approve & Pay

💳 Orders of 1–11 shirts require full payment before production begins.

💰 Orders of 12 or more shirts may require a 50% deposit before production begins.

📦 Remaining balances must be paid before pickup or delivery.

⚠️ Production does not begin until payment or the required deposit has been received.

Step 6: Production Begins

Your apparel is printed and prepared according to your approved design and order specifications.

Step 7: Delivery or Pickup

Once your order is completed, we will contact you regarding pickup or delivery options.
